The best meal we had was when we ordered from room service. We were there during the week so just about all of the good restaurants were closed and that was very disappointing. Every time we have been at Foxwoods that has always been a problem. If you wanted something to drink you actually had to track down a server and nine times out of 10 their trays were empty. We spend hours upon hours at the slot machines and beverage service was almost nonexistent. We were never greeted and never spoken to by any worker. The gentleman that checked us in was so sweet and very helpful. The woman who delivered our dinner was also so great. Our last night there we ordered room service for dinner and I am very sorry that I did not really hear the name of the person who was taking our order but she was fabulous. Our coffee took no time at all to come up to our room and the people that delivered it were all so very pleasant. I spoke with Heather two times and Brenda one time and I have to say that you speaking to them first thing in the morning was the perfect way to start our day off. Every morning I would call at 6:05 for coffee. I will say that the one thing we enjoyed more than anything was room service.
My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Foxwoods.
